Your title, however, implies that everyone has to try out sex with both women and men in order to understand their sexuality. That wasn't my experience. I knew I only liked other boys from a very young age, even when I was denial about it. Just because it took me until I was 20 to have my first physical sexual encounter doesn't mean I didn't know.
