I'm part of the "Xennial" microgeneration (on the cusp of Gen X & Gen Y) -- and I think Millennials and Zoomers can learn a lot from you Xers in terms of how to create more power and social capital for younger generations collectively. Being technically Gen Y (the oldest of them), I've always viewed Gen X as our big bros and big sisters.
