I'm very much in the middle, on this issue. I value the intent behind antiracism and diversity training...but, as you point out, many of the facilitators (usually White liberal virtue-signalers) seem to believe there is only one way of thinking, and they are bound-and-determined to indoctrinate everyone into blindly accepting those philosophies.
I do believe there legitimate discussions that can be had on the concepts of white privilege and white fragility...but where "woke" people fall flat on their faces is the knee-jerk assumption that ANY legitimate question or thoughtful dissent from a White person is automatically tantamount to "white privilege" or "white fragility" by default.
