Ironically, these canned talking-points of yours are why I **DON'T** refer to myself (or regard myself) as "an ally," as I wrote about here:
If a member of a marginalized group (to which I don't belong) chooses to view me as their ally, that's entirely up to them. I can seek to try to understand them (and their experience) better -- but I don't need to change my values and convictions in some mealy-mouthed attempt to pander to, or curry favor with, them.
