It's sort of a casual term I've dubbed. By "Simplification Fallacy," I'm referring to academics and sociologists who say, "Let's shorten 'systemic racism' to just plain 'racism' for simplification purposes [because the non-academic peons are apparently too dense to understand what 'systemic' means], and, therefore, anything that occurs outside of systems will simply be referred to as 'prejudice'..."
