Joe, speaking as a Millennial myself, I don't blame *ALL* Boomers.

I blame irresponsible power brokers, many of whom *happen* to be Boomers, who continue to leverage ageism in their favor to keep younger generations locked out of power. And you're right, it isn't just Boomers -- it's also Traditionalists ("the Silent Generation") and GI-Gens ("the Greatest Generation") who were a part of the problem...with many of those two older generations oppressing even Boomers!

The overriding problem is that too many people from older generations are subscribing to the hyperwoke fallacy that ageism can only work monodirectionally -- directed from younger people, against older people...when, in fact, like with any "-ism," ageism is very multidirectional.
