Joshua -- I think both Gens Y&Z contribute fantastic things to our society, and each are overgeneralized in their own ways (and, yes, too often, lumped together indiscriminately).

We (Millennials/Zoomers) also should be looking to Gen X as our surrogate older brothers & sisters, so to speak -- due to your combination of life experience and groundbreaking accomplishments of your own!
