Just based on your description of Harmange's book, it sounds as though she could be a performance artist who is writing it mainly for shock value? Possibly.

But if she indeed is legitimately and sincerely presenting her anti-male remedies as an iteration of serious policy proposal (or philosophical framework) -- then, sorry, she *is* sexist. Not systemically, of course...but definitely in the social and cultural realms.
