Katie -- I think that depends on how much mutual synergy we are willing to seek out from Zoomers/Centennials ("GenZ") and from Alphas ("GenAA"), when it comes to accomplishing common goals. And whether they are willing to meet us halfway...or will they buy into an inflated cloak of exceptionalism that many from older generations seem hell-bent on bestowing upon them?
