Unless I'm reading between the lines too heavily, it sounds as though you believe Democrats have a good shot at defeating the self-fulfilling prophecy of "conventional wisdom" that they are certain to lose Congress in 2022 (based on the historical precedents of so many past midterms).

If, indeed, that is part of your premise -- what advice would you give to Democrats in order to maximize their chances of increasing their margins in the House and Senate (even if only by a minimal number of seats, in each chamber)?
