Let's extrapolate a little further, from this...

What is the path to changing our form of government, given how most politicians...???

A.) Oppose term limits (even if they campaign on the assertion that they support them, in theory), and most likely wouldn't vote to term-limit themselves

B.) Have nothing to gain from transforming the structure of our current "winner-take-all," 535-member system

I do agree with ranked-choice voting, reform of lobbying/lobbyists, open primaries, transpartisan ballot access, etc. -- but the crux seems to be how to make them actually happen.
