Lynx -- a very astute point, regarding the unspoken prevalence of male rape in the military. I'd say the frequency of prison rape depends on how well (or not!) the prison itself is run. When we consider how many times they go unreported, can we even hope to have anywhere near an accurate quantity of numbers/data?

I would support legislation where any military C.O. or prison employee who is caught FAILING to intervene with a military or prison rape must be required to register as a lifetime sex offender.

And then there's domestic rape of men (albeit usually in same-sex relationships), which is a whole other monster...
