The problem with this approach is that those so-called "hurt feelings" don't manifest the same way in every individual. This is especially true when someone has been through trauma and/or is neurodiverse. What seems like a minor inconvenience to one person could have severe physiological impacts on another person.
But I definitely agree with you that the White people who deny the existence of systemic racism (and what makes it **SYSTEMIC** for BIPOC communities) are making everything worse!
