Mike, do you have any thoughts on immediate changes (that could/should be made) to agricultural/food policies with the goal of boosting consumer accessibility to freshly-grown full heads of lettuce (or their various leafy green cohorts/cousins)? Especially for, say, Americans who live in colder seasonal climates?

At my local grocery store, they stopped selling fresh standalone heads of lettuce in our produce section, the way they used to. So I have to choose between the lesser of two evils: bagged lettuce sold by corporate Big Ag vendors...versus bagged lettuce sold by more local producers (I choose the latter, obviously).
