"Ministerial Exception" is something that I believe should be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a job or employer is parochial and privately-funded, then I don't believe the federal government should force acceptance of our people (LGBT+). On the other hand, I don't want publicly-funded employees and employers to be allowed to loosely invoke "ministerial exception" at their whims as a pretense for discriminating against us in the public spheres.
