Monica -- reparations can take many (potential) forms. People too often just assume it means the federal government would cut six-figure or seven-figure checks to individual descendants of slaves. That scenario is something I seriously doubt we'll see in our lifetimes. There are other reparations programs that have been propsed which, through targeted initiatives, can collectively benefit communities of color.
