My only point of (possibly sharp?) disagreement with what you've said is the notion that we should actively identify people as "oppressors" due to their attributes per se. We should be discussing people's participation in (and perpetuation of) oppression based on their actions and mindsets. Unless I'm possibly misinterpreting what you were getting at?
