Nicole -- thank you, and that's exactly how I view it! I always emphasize how systemic racism is a distinct problem, and thereby requires distinct attention/solutions. That isn't to excuse or overlook social/cultural forms of racism, when experienced by BIPOC or White people...but the Left needs to **STOP** minimalizing it as "prejudice" when it does happen to White people.
