One of the (not the only) missing ingredients is that we need more men who are willing to take care of OTHER MEN as brothers and emotional confidantes. And this should start during boyhood.

There's unfortunately no magic bullet for making this happen...but encouraging it has been, and always will be, the first step for individual men who are less inclined to be open to it.
