Racism is what arises anytime somebody turns their racially-/ethnically-motivated prejudices into BEHAVIORAL or ACTIONABLE offenses.

The hyperwoke crowd wants us to believe that POC and BIPOC are categorically immune from committing such transgressions. What they are thinking of is systemic racism -- and they fail to properly delineate social racism and cultural racism (instead, chalking up those latter two as merely "prejudice") from the systemic forms of racism.

What we end up with is a neverending vicious cycle where the loudest voices want to completely dominate the entire narrative...and everybody else is confused, in the process.
