Robert -- that isn't the "classic" definition of racism...it's the new #hyperwoke version of it, which is (ironically) exclusionary and what I refer to as "The Simplification Fallacy."

"Systemic racism" is what you're comprehensively describing. "Social racism" and "cultural racism" would be more behavioral and less institutional/structural...such as the example Ron gave of someone being hit with a racial slur.
