So I watched the shorter video, first: and, to me, Ms. Elliott's teaching method was counterproductive because it was clearly designed to shame students into adhering to a specific narrative. In my view, this approach differed GREATLY from the exercise that Mrs. Hornby conducted in our classroom...and it would seem to mainly reinforce an echo chamber of those who already subscribe to Ms. Elliott's philosophies.
