So, speaking for myself, I try not to write negative things that hold the general public or any generalized population culpable.

If I'm calling out bad behavior, I try my best to focus it on individuals or very specific (toxic) archetypes within groups (admittedly, who may share a variety of attributes).

I also try to offer a proactive alternative, to rectify one's bad behavior.

If people want to ignore my points and accuse me of "tone-policing," that's on them.
