Some will. Some voters are very pro-gun, but moderate on abortion. Some voters are pro-life out of principle (although not with religious ferocity), but are open to more gun control than NRA members tend to be. Some voters will come to understand the need for systemic reforms on social issues, once all of the Robin DiAngelo-style PC bullshit is brushed aside and you actually talk to them like humans. Some voters are initially skeptical of labor unions, but will come to understand the need for protecting workers if there are safeguards to reining in the corruption of union leaders.
People who vote (or have casually voted) Republican aren't a monolithic group.
