Stigmatizing depression is a form of ableism. So don't let people off the hook when they try to weaponize that against you in your daily life.

That being said...I feel that you are missing the point of intersectionality. Can you think of any other facets of your life -- alongside of race, sex, or ableness -- that contribute to either your privilege or your disadvantages?

Also, "trauma-ism" isn't really a word. "Trauma" by itself should be a sufficient descriptive noun.
