That would be the most effective way to make relationship/consent education stick. Teach it in a gender-inclusive manner. That way, the teachers aren't assuming that every student is a heterosexual girl or a heterosexual boy. And then LBGBT+ students and nonbinary/genderfluid students aren't rendered invisible.
Of course, that would beg the question: would there be any benefit in segregating these lectures/classes by students' biological sex? I'd heavily lean toward "NO!"
