If you're claiming that anyone who chooses to continue living in a country with an imperfect government somehow "deserves" their fate, then that's a slippery slope. What if they move to another country, and then that nation's government goes downhill? Most people cannot logistically become perpetual transients who engage in globetrotting out of some desire for purity.
