The biggest problem isn't the election laws that are being put on the books.

It's the fact that state legislatures are giving themselves more power to come in AFTER THE VOTES ARE COUNTED and potentially invalidate votes...specifically for the purpose of tilting the election to a certain political party's preferred candidate in a very close race.
