The only thing I was able to find about letting a state legislature overturn the election results was the proposed Arizona bill that read as though it was specifically related to the Electoral Vote count at the presidential level. The Iowa and Georgia bills didn't appear to say anything about letting their state legislatures overturn the election results themselves.
Which begs my earlier question...why shouldn't Pelosi and Schumer fast-track a standalone bill that would specifically preclude a legislature-empowered overturn of election results?
