The only time that Democrats had a filibuster-proof supermajority in the U.S. Senate was during the six months in late-2009 between when Al Franken was finally seated and when Scott Brown replaced Ted Kennedy.

For all the rest of the congressional sessions in modern times when Democrats have held the majority, they had fewer than 60 seats...and enough Democrats probably would have been peeled off by their "bipartisan" friends to oppose suspending the filibuster for the hypothetical purpose of codifying Roe v. Wade.
