The other problem is that many of the newly-conceived alternate definitions of racism often have no consistency vis-a-vis EACH OTHER.
Some wokesters claim that racism isn't about individuals at all, and it's exclusively about the systems to which we've all been exposed.
Other wokesters claim that racism can be individually-inflicted, but only in a monodirectional manner (from White people, aka the "oppressor class," against People of Color...oh, but lighter-skinned BIPOC folks are apparently considered "white" in certain subjective circumstances)

My definition for racism:
"An array of multilayered experiences based on intertwined actions, behaviors, policies, and practices that become perpetuated, alternately, at different levels by a combination of individuals, groups, and systems."
