This has been my problem with Pelosi for a long time...

She is a poor communicator. I've seen this from her on many occasions. Even when I *think* I have an idea of what she's *trying* to say, she chooses her words in a manner that is confusing and/or offputting to a general audience outside of her Democratic base.

I'm glad she's retiring, quite frankly.
