I'm torn...because, while I genuinely resent all (or most!) of the people who've tortured me and forced me to suffer throughout my life -- I can't shake the stigma that, if I don't find SOME way to derive something good out of it, then I'll have to just bitterly stew in a reality where I'll have wasted large chunks of my life being a victim.
