This is ableist, on her part.

If she knew about your son's anxiety beforehand, she displayed her bigotry by so openly disregarding his condition.

If she didn't know about his struggles with anxiety, then it was unconscious ableism in that she was assuming that all boys (or even all teenagers, in general) are "supposed to" be outgoing social butterflies.
