This is wrong. Sociologists have disingenuously attempted to unilaterally alter the definition of racism in order to elicit guilt or atonement from White people.

The conversation that we all should be having (which neither side ever seems willing to have) is how racism can break down into pointed and nuanced subcategories: systemic, social, and cultural as the main ones. White people don't experience SYSTEMIC racism, but can experience cultural racism or social racism *if* it's a behavioral action directed against someone's whiteness. I make this distinction because "prejudice" implies a passive belief or attitude.
