Upon reflection, I'd agree with you. It's more social than cultural. "Social misandry" would be one administrator trying to indoctrinate others with her prejudices and biases, as this principal did. "Cultural misandry" would have been a scenario where multiple people composing one large group try to push such indoctrination through groupthink pressure. I stand corrected.
