Very good points. By "groups for girls and boys and non-gender conforming," are you referring to affinity groups that are either sex-segregated or queer-centric?

I agree there is no one-size-fits all solution. Broadly recommending single-sex education wouldn't be any wiser than arbitrarily holding back a majority of male-identified kids by one year.
