Was this specifically embedded within the recent Arizona and Georgia laws? Or are they pending laws that are on deck yet to officially be passed, before the new year?
I keep hearing over and over again about all of these states that have given their state legislatures power to subjectively overturn election results...but, every time I do a Google search to try to track down these specific laws, I come up with zilch.
So which passed-and-signed statutes are these, and in which (and how many) states have they definitively been passed?
