Well, admittedly, it was seeing Ms. Brown's TV interview that really inspired me to purchase the book.

Although I probably would have checked out a blurb and reviews of the book, despite the provocative nature of the book's title...and probably ended up reading it after seeing any references to the solutions Brown puts forth in the book. But then again, I'm perhaps a rather abnormal consumer.
