Well, for same-sex schools, they should still include discussions of same-sex relationships alongside of opposite-sex relationships. However, because private schools have more autonomy than public schools, I'm not sure how much of it could be regulated.

My fear is moreso that public schools will start dividing up sex ed and consent ed classes by the students' biological sex -- and the curriculum will be taught differently: with an onus of culpability when taught to boys, while #GirlPower-style affirmations are taught to girls. Or that it will be taught/framed in this manner EVEN IF the classes themselves are coed. This is what would risk alienating and marginalizing LGBT and nonbinary/genderfluid students.
