Well, Gorsuch and Roberts already voted to uphold NONdiscrimination based on sexual orientation -- so I'm sure there was plenty of pouting by members of the Federalist Society after that ruling came down.

I still think Pelosi and Schumer should put forth a standalone piece of simple, straightforward legislation making it a federal crime for state legislatures to unilaterally/subjectively overturn any election results simply because the legislators disagree with the vote counts.

Force all Congressional Republicans to GO ON RECORD voting against and filibustering something that should be common sense (and that most Americans agree on), so that Democrats can accurately run ads in Fall 2022 stating "Ron Johnson [or insert any given insurrectionist candidate] voted to remove the will of the people from determining state election results."
