Well, if there are women who are consenting parties to receiving dick pics from strangers/acquaintances, that's fine. That's a consensual transaction.

But, in those situations, aren't they proactively SOLICITING those pictures from men? So, why should anyone assume that another person affirmatively wants to receive pics of their genitalia by default?
