Well, if you're writing a blurb (for imagery) that's meant to assist readers with disabilities...that's a WAAAAAAY different context than just walking over to a stranger and making a critical and/or objectifying comment about that stranger's personal appearance.

And, even when you know the person...it isn't always appropriate.
