Well, maybe...I suppose that's where it becomes a case-by-case evaluation.

For example: I don't see how me continuing to have the ability to enter into a legal/secular same-sex marriage with another man causes harm to anyone else. I'm not dictating that private institutions or churches must recognize my future marriage.
