Well, "symbiosis" can be worded as a more synergistic linguistic iteration of "collaboration." So, I don't see how it doesn't work!

Regarding circumcision, if I had a son -- my inclination would be to leave him intact, because I'd feel preemptive guilt as to whether he would resent me for it. On the other hand, I'd also be continuously worried about him potentially encountering future medical problems that would require a circumcision as a teen or adult -- which goes back to the likelihood that I'll most likely never have kids. For myself, ideally, I'd like to be able to have a Jetsons-style "Before/After" light-switch that allows me to compare an intact version of my penis to a circumcised version of my penis. I only have memories post-circumcision as far as speaking from experience. But, to your point: how would you explain circumcised boys who grow up to be pleasant, gregarious, well-adjusted people?

I could care less about what women (or other men) prefer, in terms of penis aesthetics. If they want their bodies to be accepted for what they are, then they need to accept our bodies for what ours are.

I agree with your assessment of conscription, and the social ramifications of it.
