Well, to me, the distinction is very clear. If a man gave her unsolicited or presumptuous commentary, it's likely mansplaining. If a woman is trying to accuse a guy of "mansplaining" primarily because she disagrees with him and wants to shut him down -- that isn't "mansplaining" from him. It's sexism and misandry from her.
