Well, we should never defend "deadbeat dads" or negligent/abusive dads in the name of "gender equality."

The question should be how much unconscious (or conscious) bias that family court judges harbor when determining custody and parameters following a divorce. I'd imagine it depends on each individual judge?...but are there patterns or trends?
