What about those of us who write a lot about ourselves and the specific experiences we've been through, but when we also pepper those reflections with narrative commentary about mistakes we made or how we could have misconstrued somebody else's actions or how we could have handled a conflict better?

That's what I try to do. But I realize there's always room for improvement.
