What are your thoughts about the likelihood/probability of Obergfell v. Hodges getting overturned?

Some follow up questions:

-- Are you at all disturbed by Alito and Thomas openly calling for the dissolution of federal recognition for same-sex spousal relationships?

-- How about adding two seats to the Supreme Court, instead of four? That would make it a more balanced 6-5 conservative/liberal ratio, with several of the justices probably becoming a de facto moderate bloc of swing votes.

-- I agree with you 100% about the harm of hyperpartisanship on both sides. Do you have a series of strategies in mind that could contribute toward bringing us back from the awful place to which American politics has devolved?
