What is DTR? I'm unfamiliar with it.

I guess the main challenge is for those of us who are hesitant to interact with others in public (especially in light of recent world events), or who are geographically isolated in our daily lives (the way I am). We don't have the same level of access as most people do, to regularly socialize in person with others.
